Eden Gurlitz

Eden brings seven years of banking and fund finance experience to her role. Most recently, she was on the Bank of America Securities Subscription Finance Syndications team, where she originated, structured, and led syndication of subscription secured credit facilities for private equity, private credit, and real estate fund clients. Her transaction experience includes serving as Sole Bookrunner, Lead Arranger, and Administrative Agent on multi-billion-dollar umbrella facilities syndicated across large lender groups.

Eden began her career at Bank of America, N.A. in Global Corporate and Investment Banking. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where she was a Carolina Finance Scholar.
